# 概述
Verra协议是一个专注链上风险控制的去中心化协议，用于将真实世界资产、实体现金流与链上流动性接入同一套可执行的协议框架，通过风险控制架构实现风险管理。它基于不可篡改的智能合约构建，通过**双层资金池隔离模型**，将协议资金划分为流动性池与质押主仓，为用户、实体企业与 RWA 资产方提供了基础设施。
该协议的设计理念是风险前置、资金池隔离与可扩展性，使协议能够在不依赖中心化承诺的前提下，将市场敞口、主仓资金、RWA 价值支撑和链上结算流程进行模块化管理。Verra Protocol 既可服务于普通链上用户，也可为实体企业的新增资金、经营现金流和资产价值提供更清晰的链上接入路径。
该协议迄今为止已进行了21次安全审查，目前已在8个区块链上运行。
